Job Descripiton
Thomas Sherriff have a new and exciting opportunity for a yards person within our organisation. The successful applicant must be a confident machine operator with an eye for detail and good organisational skills
Essential requirements include:
- Familiar with operating agricultural machines
- Forklift/telehandler qualification (training can be provided)
- Full driving license
- Able to work on their own and as part of a team
This is a full-time role based on a 39 Hr week Monday to Friday with additional Saturday mornings when required.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Clean and prepare new/used machines for sale
- Keep yard and premises clean and tidy
- Loading & Unloading Lorries
- Occasional deliveries would need to be carried out
- Reporting to the Outlet Service Manager
